IT'S ALWAYS TOO EARLY TO JUDGE SOMEBODY

Incident One
It's the time when I was preparing myself to go to UK for my higher study. Before my departure my dad gave me an advice--- stay far far away from Black People (African people)!!??!! The country I have grown up not much African peoples lives there. Some might be staying for business or job purpose-though the number is very few.I didn't have much idea or any prejudice on Black people. My dad has been involved in business in U.A.E for decades,he might has some bitter experience back his advise. When I was staying in London--the nicest person I had come in contact with was a Nigerian Lady-Mercy Otusi.Very humble, hard working, soft spoken, helpful & God believer.
I had to disagree with my dad.Black people are as nice as any other white or brown skinner can be!!
Incident Two
Being in Network Marketing business, the vast part is PROSPECTING--looking for people who would be interested in my business opportunity.I used to distribute leaflets.Whenever I used to go out I handed out leaflets, every where, every time.Interested people used to call me to find out more. From the conversation I tried to figure out other person's need, personality, current situation etc.So one day I got another call.A male voice asking me more information about the business who got my contact details from my leaflet some where. From the conversation I felt the person is not fluent in English, not impressive & not going to join my business. But I've fixed an appointment with him anyway to show him more.He joined the business & he is the most successful distributor in my team since then!He completely believes in the Company, the Business & himself! He aught to be Successful!
It's not about the fluency of a language spoken but the enthusiasm & faith on words spoken make the difference.
Incident Three
There is one couple who's in my social contact.I didn't have much high idea about any of them. Both dressed very old fashioned, the hair style is not a word to suit their hair, the voice--everything,I mean everything made them so insignificant --that I categorized them as bellow general. One day I had a chance to talk to the wife.I came to know that she had done her post-graduation,had a very high paid prestigious job & been a Principal of a College!!She is a very sincere, friendly & humble person.I was feeling dump! The husband had also been an employee of a Multi-national company after completing his Doctorate Degree!Currently a University Lecturer!!I was totally speechless & ashamed of my previous judgement I'd made on them.
It's not the outward look nor the up-to-date fashion that enlightens someone. The real value comes from one's education & experience.
These three different incidents taught me something invaluable.
NO MATTER ON WHAT BASIS WE ARE MAKING JUDGEMENT ON THE OTHER PERSON
"IT'S ALWAYS TOO EARLY TO JUDGE SOMEONE".
NOT the Skin Color NOR the Communication Skill NOR the Physical Attire can ever be the ultimate media to pass a judgment on any body.
We only should look for the inside value of a person which comes as trust,faith,courage,wisdom,honesty,hard-work,helpfulness,friendliness & vision with him.
Even GOD doesn't judge a man before his times up,who are we to dare so??

WORKING OR SERVING?ATTITUDE DECIDES...

ATTITUDE is a CHOICE! Choose Carefully!
One evening a Swamiji of Sri Ramakrishna Mutt was addressing the participants on the concept of work culture. One of the participants asked the following question to the Swamiji: I am a senior manager of Materials Department and I joined an organization 25 years ago as an Engineer Trainee and over the last 25 years I have gone through every experience in the organization and I am now the senior manager looking after the material function independently. During the initial part of my career, the job was very challenging and interesting. Every day was exciting and I looked forward to each day with lot of interest. However, all those exciting days are gone since I do not find my job any more interesting because there is nothing new in my job. As I have seen and handled every conceivable situation there is no more challenges in my work. I am now feeling bored because I am doing a routine job. However, Swamiji, I am living in the same house for over forty years, I am the son for the same parents for over forty five years, I am the father for the same children for the past ten years and the husband for the same lady for the past twenty years. In these personal roles I do not feel bored and the passage of time has not taken away the zeal from me. Please tell me why I am bored of the routine in the office and not in the house?

This was a very interesting question and we were all very anxious and curious to know what the Swamiji had to say.

The response from him was very interesting and convincing. He asked the executive: Please tell me for whom does your Mother cook? The executive replied that obviously the mother cooks for others. Then the Swamiji said that the mother 'Serves' others and because of this service mindedness, she is not feeling tired or bored. But in an office, we 'Work' and not 'Serve'. Anything we consider, as Service will not make us feel bored. That is difference between Serving and Working. He asked the executive to consider his work as service and not merely a work....

Our ATTITUDE is the deciding factor-whether we WORK or SERVE! Attitude is a CHOICE! Choose carefully.

(My friend Mandip Rajput has sent me this note by email. I found it interesting & wanted to share with all of you. Thanks Mandeep)

LOVE IS CURE! LOVE IS MEDICINE!

This Blog Is Dedicated To My Love & All The Lovers In The World

Tomorrow is Valentine's day - a day for celebration of Love! Today I am going to share my life story, specifically my love story with all of you.

I am from a broken family where my mom was bed sick from my childhood & my dad stayed far away for business purpose. Some childhood trauma caused me to suffer later in my teenage & adulthood period. I have developed a very low self confidence & pessimistic outlook overtime.

By the grace of God I met my love of life-a very handsome, loving & caring man. During our dating period I've told him about everything & he still stood by my side. Just before getting married I've collapsed & have to be hospitalised. I have to visit my doctor & take prescribed medicine regularly. We got married in the middle of all these. To cut a long story short- ever since I married to my love I've never got sick again. I don't have to go to doctor & not a single medicine I need.

I come up to the conclusion that

LOVE IS THE BEST MEDICINE! LOVE CAN CURE FAR MORE EFFECTIVELY THAN ALL THE DOCTOR'S COUNSEL & PRESCRIBED MEDICINE COMBINED CAN.

Love Yourself, Love Your Partner, Love Family & Love God.

Happiness will always surround you.

Happy Valentine's Day

IS NETWORK MARKETING A PYRAMID SCHEME OR A REAL BUSINESS??

Hi all, I am Sanjida Hasnin, a home base business owner.Being in Network Marketing Industry for more than 3 years I have noticed that there are lots of misconseption about this industry. Some people think it might be pyramid scheme (Even though they don't know what Pyramid Scheme really is) and some think it as another scam.
Pyramid scheme is an illegal business where they don't focus on products,it more likely a money game where new people fall in trap to find another victim to get some money back.
Network Marketing has grown steadily for several decays and now got the reputaion of best business opportunity for any average person. This is an industry where an individual can start from zero and make millions.
As the popularity grows of Network Marketing several companies started to take advantage of this new storm. There are many companies claimming themselves as Network Marketing Company where they might not be good enough for you.
So when & if you decide to join a Network Marketing Company these are some qualities you should look for--
1 The Company Is Establsihed For More Than 5 Years.
2 It Has Global Presence.
3 Unique Product Range.
4 High Quality Consumable Products.
5 The Owner Is Experienced.
6 Not A Binary Network Marketing Company.
7 No Dowline Passing You.
8 Several Incentives On The Compansation Plan.
9 Permanent Position On Marketing Plan.

I hope these informations will help you.If you want to know more please feel free to visit my website http://www.aloenin.myflpbiz.com/ You can email me at aloenin@myflpbiz.com

NETWORK MARKETING---THE ULTIMATE SOLUTION

MONEY! CASH!! RICHES!!! HOW TO MAKE MONEY??
Isn't it something occupies our mind around 90% of our life-time? Just think for a while, how many times you went to a store, selected something, saw the price tag & left the store without buying it!The reason--Your BUDGET is TIGHT!You CAN'T AFFORD it!! Don't you hate this? Don't we all hate this??
Consider another scenario-- you are watching television and it's showing some exotic places!! You just want to be there, in a happy vacation BUT you CAN NOT AFFORD it! Your BOSS WON'T give you holidays!! How painful is this? We all have similar (if not same) experiences.
We all want so many things in our life (which we fully deserve) but we have limitations.Either we lack money or we don't have free time!! How bad is that!! How it would be, if we don't have to worry about money or time? If we had ENOUGH MONEY in the bank and our time was actually OUR TIME?? The world would be a Disney Land--Full of colors & excitement!
BUT is that really possible?Having enough Money & Time Together? Now the BIG question comes-HOW?
Before going to How--- let us see what available options we have already.........
Forget an average JOB, you won't have enough money EVER to do the things you want and your Time is already bought by your company.
Now, the 2nd option. You might pursue a career as a professional like Doctor or Lawyer or an Engineer. Now the money will be better but you will be trading your time & expertise!! To make more money you have to devote more time.Eventually you will be tied up more than a regular job.Let alone the stress you'll develop over time!
The 3rd option- you might consider having your own business.Your business means you are the BOSS.But here are also some problems. The Risk is fully yours. You might make profits when you completely focus and mange well your business or you can lose your entire investment where there might be no fault at your side! Just might be an economical down time or a changed environment!!
So........? Isn't there any Hope.......?Can't we have Huge Money & Enough Time to Enjoy our Life.....?
SURE!!! There is ONLY ONE WAY!!!!
Starting a NETWORK MARKETING BUSINESS! Now this business is slightly different from other businesses. Here you can set up a business with as little as less then a cup of coffee a day for a year!! This means you can own a Network Marketing business with less than $500. So the Risk is really really LOW.You will be in the business for yourself but not by yourself. You will have an entire group of people waiting to help YOU to GROW. So you can have expert knowledge. And you can Leverage the time of others. You will be making money on the total effort of your team members not just on your own!!So you can have TIME & MONEY FREEDOM both!
Basically NETWORK MARKETING is THE SOLUTION for Everything you ask.
Now I am finishing my BLOG with the famous quote:
"If you want 1 year of Prosperity,Grow Grain. If you want 10 years of Prosperity, Grow Tree.If you want 100 years of Prosperity, Grow People"
Network Marketing is a people business. The MORE PEOPLE you help to GROW, the MORE YOU GROW.
Wish you all a better future & better personal growth.

GREAT VICTORY OF HUMANITY!!

This is a tribute to my MOM who is always in my heart....
My mother (Layla Arjumand Banu) was sick since I was 6 years old.She was suffering from Rheumatoid Atheritise, a painful disease of joints. She was sick for more than 20 years before passing away. Most of the time she used to lie down on her bed.Her condition was so bad that she could barely move inside the house, let alone going outside for socializing. Her only way to communicate to the outer world was her telephone, which was on her bedside table till her last days. She used to talk to other, listen to their problems and giving them useful suggestions.Sometimes people used come to our house to unburden their sorrows & pain with her.She was always sympathetic & helpful.
I remember one day I was upset.I said, "why do you let people come to you with their problems when you have enough on your own plate?" I was concerned as she was not well herself ! She then answered me very softly, "I feel better when I listen to their problems & able to help them"!!!??!!!
A total new realization came to me, even the most sick person can feel better by helping someone else!! What a Great Victory of Humanity!!!

EVERYTHING COMES BACK! UNIVERSE RESPONDS

This is from my personal experience--
It was in the year 2005, I was in London,UK. I was there for my study.as all other international students I had found a part-time job to help me with my expenses. One day I was returning from my work.On my way to the underground station I saw a lady sitting on a roadside bench lonely, putting her head down.I asked, "are you OK?" She looked at me with hopelessness & eyes full of tears.I went toward her and asked what's wrong. She hold my hand and started crying. She then told me she was lost by expression & body language. She couldn't speak or understand English. There was a phone number and an address in her hand.I called that number for her but none was there to respond.I took her to the station mentioned in the address she was holding in hand. But now...I didn't know how to reach the exact location as I was not very familiar with the area.So I went to a police and let her know the problem. She was a very nice lady police officer. She assured me she would leave her to her home.If I would like to go I could.(By the time I came to know that the lost lady's home country is Ukraine and there was no stuff who could understand her language.)But the Ukrainian lady wouldn't let me go.So I stayed and left her to her house along with the police officer. She was immensely grateful and hugged me tightly.I could understand how relieved she was feeling!!I was happy too.
Another day by the end of the year I was going to my store (Iceland,a retail store) where I was working.I was feeling dizzy and sick. After getting off the bus it's a little walk towards my store.I was so dizzy & blank that I was about to fall down.A nice African lady rushed towards me and hold me."Are you all right my dear?"She was concerned. She took me into her arm and hold me for a while.I was so touched that I was feeling like to cry.She came with me and took me to the store.I was so sick that I couldn't even asked her name.A help from stranger!!
There might not be any connection.Just two different incidents! But I like to think it as a way of nature's responds.Whatever we do comes back to us, might be with slight alteration but with full reward! When you do something Good to some one, another Goodness will come to you & if you do harm to another than you also will surely get the feedback. This is how nature gives us answers. There is no other way.
Do good to others even if you can not see the immediate benefit of doing so. Universe will respond positively ALWAYS!
